• All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by BagWerse.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is out of stock, contains pricing errors, or is suspected of fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on our website are in PKR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order via the payment methods provided on our site.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Our standard delivery time is 3–7 days; however, actual delivery may vary based on your location and courier service conditions.
• BagWerse is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• We offer returns, exchanges, and refunds as per our Refund Policy.
• Certain items, such as jewelry, are non-returnable.
• Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 1–3 business days after approval.

6. Replacement Warranty

• All bags come with a 90-day replacement warranty for manufacturing defects or quality issues.
• Warranty claims must be made through WhatsApp with proof of purchase and evidence of the defect.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of BagWerse and protected by copyright laws.
• Unauthorized reproduction or use of our content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
